We are happy to operate within your existing system and processes at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you choose to utilize our proprietary system and clearinghouse, we charge a modest set-up fee to cover the initial configuration and integration. This one-time fee ensures a smooth transition and seamless operation as we begin our engagement. Rest assured that beyond the initial set-up investment, there are no hidden or recurring fees for leveraging our system.
Each month, we will issue an invoice detailing the services rendered and the total amount due. The fee will be calculated as either a flat rate of $500 or 6% of the total monies collected on behalf of the client during that month, whichever amount is greater. This hybrid model ensures our clients receive high-value services at a reasonable cost when collections are lower, while fairly compensating our firm as the amounts collected increase. Invoices are due upon receipt and we are happy to discuss any questions or concerns clients may have regarding our fees. We believe in operating with full transparency and in the best interest of our valued clients.
